About Us
We provide a first class level of service that has seen us deliver complex installations throughout the UK. Our innovative approach, allied with our experience and expertise has helped us develop our strong customer base and we have a long history of repeat business and referrals.
Being fully independent has allowed us the the advantage of getting to know the full range of raised access flooring products and solutions available. These include traditional Raised Access Flooring, GIFA Floor, Acoustic Flooring, Specialist Finishes and Data Centre flooring.
We have installation teams who are experienced with the various systems out there, enabling us to always find the solution which is right for you. The ranges and options available now really demonstrate the flexibility you can gain by employing a raised access floor to your project. These can be traditional systems ready to receive carpet or the more specialist pre-bonded finished panels, which not only give you the benefits of a raised access flooring installation, but the required finish the client and architect desire. Please take some time to look at our case study section to see some completed projects using Vinyl, Stone and Wooden finishes
At Connaught Access Flooring we always keep a large stock of the various raised floor systems and ancillary items allowing us the ability to react quickly to our customer’s needs but also to operate a strong Supply Only side to the business. We can supply you with one panel to replace a damaged vinyl bonded tile within your Comms Room, additional pedestals, replacements for floor box moves and even carry a large stock of panels which are no longer manufactured.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us no matter how big or small your requirement is. We have our own vehicles and strong relationships with local and nationwide transport companies to offer next day deliveries.
We work closely with a number of Contractors and PQS companies to provide a detailed tender at all times, detailing where we think there may have been any cost omissions or overlaps included within the tender document.
Early involvement in our projects enables us to provide cost advice at our client’s cost planning stage, ensuring that all eventualities are covered prior to the project coming to the market. This approach, we believe, will provide you with the correct cost for the project prior to official order. Getting it right first time means that our variations to our contracts are minimal and settlement of our final accounts are usually possible at the end of our installations.
Training of our management team and our workforce is carried out on a regular basis, utilising a specific training matrix for each individual. We employ a NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Team who visit all our sites on a regular basis to ensure that the highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved. We pride ourselves in our excellent Health and Safety records and have been awarded on many of our projects for our performance.
In everything we do, we ensure all our activities support sustainability and cause no harm to our environment.
From the way in which we run our office operations, from administration and procurement, right through to the construction process and beyond, we carefully manage every stage with a keen observation of sustainable practices. The business has achieved a number of accreditations including ISO9001, ISO14001 and is also a CHAS Accredited Supplier.
