Acoustic Flooring

Connaught uses a number of products which are both cost effective and ideal solutions to reducing airborne and impact noise problems found in Commercial, Education and Residential environments.

We offer both traditional cradle & batten systems and fully accessible pedestal based solutions. In both applications the high performance acoustic sound isolation pads will resist compression under load and provide a continuing level of sound insulation.

All Timber products used are from renewable resources and can therefore be specified in the knowledge that they are environmentally friendly and developed to produce high performance acoustic systems meeting the required levels of sound insulation to comply with Building Regulations Document ‘E’.

Currently we are installing the Durabella Cradle & Batten system and the Kingspan ACOUSTIDECK system and would be happy to discuss their individual merits and your project specific needs to find the solution which is right for you.

We are approved installers of Durabella products and installed the first Kingspan Acoustideck floor at London’s Queen Mary University.
